THE HAF PROGRAMME

Camps run all year round and during school holidays. Follow the booking link at the top of the page to find out the latest dates and locations.

The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme is a government-funded initiative designed to support children during school holidays.

HAF aims to provide both enriching activities and healthy meals for children, particularly those from low-income families. By offering a structured schedule of activities and ensuring children receive nutritious meals, the HAF Programme addresses two significant concerns during school breaks: hunger and lack of engagement.

Who HAF is for

  • Children and young people from Reception to Year 11

  • Children who are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) or benefits related

When HAF takes place

  • During the school holidays, including Easter, Summer, and Christmas

Benefits of HAF

  • Empowers young people

  • Supports families

  • Strengthens local communities

  • Gives every child the chance to be healthier, safer, and more successful
